In Loving Memory
Paying tribute to the beautiful lives, dedicated services, and everlasting memories of our dear departed family members who continue to inspire us.
K.J. Devasia, born in Kuriath family at Edanadu, Pala, spent his long and beautiful life dedicated to the field of education as an inspiring Teacher. On 6th June 1949, he married Mary Sebastian (Thachattu, Kuruvinal) and established the strong, loving, and values-driven foundation of the Kuriath family branch number 182. Over the decades, his warmth, discipline, and scholarly personality raised 7 children, who spread across Kerala, Karnataka, and the United States, keeping his ideals of integrity, kindness, and devotion alive.
Sister Daisy Kuriath was a beacon of light, charity, and spiritual leadership. She entered the convent in Rome in 1976 and made her perpetual profession of vows in 1986. With specialized training in nursing and hospital administration, she dedicated her life to caring for the poor and marginalized, serving as the Superior of several convents, establishing leprosy centers in Andhra Pradesh, and leading as the Delegate Superior of India at Bangalore. Her loving heart and active presence are fondly remembered by all family members.
